Ohio Christmas Factory Policies
The Ohio Christmas Factory is a family destination. Click here to learn about the policies we have in place before you visit.
What to Bring to OCF
- Please make sure you bring tickets for your entire group. You do not need to print them, we can scan them from your phones.
- We recommend dressing in layers. While 99% of the event is indoors and we heat as many areas as possible, OCF is located in an old factory. Some spots may be chilly, while areas with larger crowds can get warm. Coat check is avilable in our gift shop.
- Wear comfortable shoes. OCF is large, and there is a lot of walking involved, so take care of your feet!
- Wagons and strollers are permitted at OCF. Please be mindful of other guests and avoid leaving them in walkways or near attraction entrances and exits.
Onsite Purchases
-
Food, beverage, and retail options are available throughout the event.
All bars & gift shops accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash App, and Apple/Google Pay. The box office & food trucks do not accept Cash App.
