The Ohio Christmas Factory is A BRAND NEW Christmas event in Northeast Ohio.
The production team that created the Ohio Christmas Factory has 22 years of experience creating spooky seasonal Halloween events – The Factory of Terror & Akron Haunted Schoolhouse & Laboratory. This year, our production team has created a one-of-a-kind Christmas experience with lots of holiday lights & sights but NO FRIGHTS!
The Ohio Christmas Factory will feature: A 15-minute light show synched to music on our 5-story entrance façade custom built by a design company featured on ABC’s Great Christmas Light Fight, lots of Christmas characters, seasonal photo ops and selfie stations, Christmas cocktails for guests over 21, a giant gingerbread house, Christmas tree stroll and more!
With over 50,000 square feet of indoor & heated space, the Ohio Christmas Factory is sure to become a holiday tradition.
The Ohio Christmas Factory is located at 4125 Mahoning Road NE, Suite B in Canton, Ohio.
We are located in the back of the Factory of Terror Haunted House building.
NO! This event is joy-filled, fun, and friendly. Suitable for all ages with no worry about anything scary.

You’ll still be able to get your Creepy Krampus fix this year close by up at the HAUNTED SCHOOLHOUSE in Akron, Ohio.

No. In order to visit any of the bars that are open during our event, you must have a ticket for the Christmas attraction.
There is no time limit to your visit (aside from the end of the night when we are nearing closing time.) You can take as much time as you’d like once inside the building and can spend as much time at the bars as you like. Again, you will be asked to move on when that particular bar or area is closing for the night.
We have heat in nearly all locations you will visit in this event. However, it is a large, old factory and sometimes heat escapes. It will be much warmer than outside, but not everywhere will be cozy warm.
Wear comfortable clothes, and we recommend layering up. We will have a coat check for anyone wishing not to carry around their coats.
We encourage guests to dress for the season if they like. Wear your fun holiday gear, your best Christmas costumes, and certainly ugly sweaters.
You are free to dress in your favorite costume as you please. We just ask that you do not wear any masks or face paint that cover your entire face, or bring any props with you.
Yes! The only thing that is not accessible is the Tinsel Tunnel due to stairs leading into it. But, you can easily bypass the tunnel.

Yes! On the South side of the main parking lot you’ll find a courtesy ramp for strollers and anyone else wishing to avoid the stairs down to the ticket booth.
When we first open for the day, there is a little line as people queue up to get checked in. But, after that, there’s almost no wait to get in!
YES! Except for the box office line and outdoor light show.
Box office hours vary by night. The listed closing times are our box office hours only and vary by night. However, the Christmas Factory event does not close until 1.5 hours after the box office closes.
ABSOLUTELY! We encourage Ohio Christmas Factory visitors to take as much photo and video as they like. We have many free photo ops around, as well as lots of fun scenery that would make great photos. Snap away, and make sure to tag us when you share.
YES! You will be able to visit Winters’ Wonderland Bar in our French Quarter area, One-Eyed Jack’s Pirate Bar in Christmas in the Caribbean, Frosty’s Cafe Hot Chocolate Bar in our main event area, and the North Pole Tavern by the attraction entrance/exit.
Staff will be patrolling all areas to ensure that all consumption of alcohol is done by guests wearing the Over 21 wristbands that we will provide once IDs are checked. Please drink responsibly.
We reserve the right to remove any patrons we deem to be too intoxicated for the safety of our staff and customers, including the intoxicated parties themselves. Also, the Hide-A-Way Buffalo Grill is next door if you’d like to hang out before or after. That Christmas Bar is also just minutes from the Factory.
We have snack-type food in a couple of places:
- Pepperoni rolls, Swiss Maid fry pies, cookies, and jerky at Mrs. Claus’ Bakery
- Pepperoni rolls, Soft Pretzels, Walking Tacos, S’mores Cones, Swiss Maid fry pies, gourmet popcorn, jerky, Goldfish, fruit snacks & Pirate’s Booty Popcorn at Captain Jack’s Snack Shack/One-Eyed Jack’s Pirate Bar.
Yes! You will find Christmas collectibles and OCF event memorabilia in Klaus’ Christmas Emporium by the attraction entrance/exit.
Featuring many wonderful gift selections provided by Sir Troy’s Toy Kingdom.
Ohio Christmas Factory features 2 sets of full restrooms.
The bathrooms by the North Pole Tavern also have changing tables available.
Yes! Located inside our gift shop right by the entrance/exit, you will find our coat check service. Leave your winter coats and large bags here and pick them up on your way out!
Yes. Any dangerous or offensive behavior is grounds to be thrown out. Whether or not you will be thrown out is at the discretion of the Ohio Christmas Factory staff. Such behavior includes assault (verbal or physical) of our staff or other patrons, or vandalism/theft of any of our sets/props, as well as anything else deemed to be worthy of expulsion.
TICKETS
ONLINE PURCHASES:
- General Admission (for anyone 13+) is $23.95 per person all day.
- Kids’ Admission (for anyone 4-12) is $17.95 before 4:00 pm and $23.95 after 4:00 pm.
- Children 3 and under are FREE all day.
ON-SITE BOX OFFICE PURCHASES:
- General Admission (for anyone 13+) is $25 per person all day.
- Kids’ Admission (for anyone 4-12) is $20 before 4:00 pm and $25 after 4:00 pm.
- Children 3 and under are FREE all day.
The Meet Santa Package (guarantees you will meet Santa on the night you attend) is $25 for your entire group ($27 on-site.) Admission for the entire Christmas event is required for each person to meet Santa. Only ONE Meet Santa Package is needed for your whole group, so please do not buy more than one. Santa Packages are limited per time slot.

You may also purchase tickets on-site at our box office on the nights of the event, though tickets will be limited, so we advise purchasing them online in advance. We have a limited capacity each night, so purchasing your tickets online in advance is the only way to ensure that you will be able to attend on the night that you arrive.
- Timed Ticketing – All guests purchasing tickets will be required to choose a date and an arrival window during which they will arrive. You must use your ticket only on this day and time. Anyone purchasing tickets on-site will be automatically assigned the next available arrival window for that night, if available. You may arrive AFTER the time on your ticket, but you can not enter before your arrival time.
- We anticipate that your experience may last 1.5-2 hours, but you are free to stay until event closing time. Box office closes at listed closing time, event closes 1.5 hours after box office closes.
- Limited Capacity – We will be limiting the number of patrons that we can put through the event each night. Each time slot will have a certain amount of tickets available, and once they are sold out, we can not allow any more customers in for the night. As a result, our box office may close earlier than the listed time.
- Digital Tickets – All tickets purchased online will be delivered digitally via email. So, you must have a means of accessing your tickets once you have purchased them. We will scan all tickets, either on your phones or on tickets printed from your email.
- Outdoor Light Show – The outdoor light show performance is between dusk and 11pm.
- Santa Photos – Each family/group MUST purchase only ONE Santa package in order to meet Santa. This package includes a reservation for your group to meet Santa, as well as a 6×8 printout of your photo with a souvenir folder. Digital copies, additional prints, and additional folders may be purchased separately.
- Does not include admission to the event, each member of the family/group must also have purchased event admission.
- Santa Photo hours are not the same as event hours.
- CHECK-IN – Once you enter the building, please report to the check-in desk to retrieve the necessary lanyards for your group.

- WINTERS’ WONDERLAND BAR ~ Celebrate Christmas in New Orleans at this themed bar full of holiday and NOLA cheer. Draft Seasonal Selections also available. (MENU)
- ONE-EYED JACK’S PIRATE BAR / CAPTAIN JACK’S SNACK SHACK ~ Inside “Christmas in the Caribbean” you will find the UNBELIEVABLE One-Eyed Jack’s. Visit the pirates on their ship docked in a coastal village. Expect a lot of rum and a lot of fun (MENU)
- NORTH POLE TAVERN ~ Our brand new HUGE Christmas-themed bar/lounge. Enjoy themed cocktails & shots as well as draft Seasonal Beers! (MENU)
- FROSTY’S CAFE ~ HOT CHOCOLATE BAR ~ In our main event area, you’ll find the unmistakable Frosty’s Cafe. A GIANT hot chocolate mug where you’ll find regular and spiked hot chocolate. (MENU)

The only way that your family/group will get to meet Santa is to purchase a Meet Santa Package.
For just $25 per group, you will guarantee a photo with Santa for your group. Meet Santa Packages are limited per hour.
Included in the cost is your Santa photo session, and one (1) 6×8 souvenir print w/folder. Digital downloads may be added for $15 (also includes download of your photos with the Greenie Meanie.) Additional prints & photo folders may purchased onsite.
Please purchase only ONE Santa Package per group. Separate admission to the Christmas event is also required for all members of group.

Photo sessions with the Greenie Meanie are FREE and are walk-up only. 6×8 prints and digital downloads may be purchased at Klaus’ Christmas Emporium.
The Ugly Sweater Party is essentially a special themed night at our venue, and it operates as a regular operational night with a few distinctions:
- Age Restriction: The Ugly Sweater Party is exclusively for guests aged 21 and over. This means that on this particular night, we will only be admitting guests who meet this age requirement.
- Alternative Hours: Instead of our normal hours, this event will run from 5pm-10pm
- Santa Photos: We are planning to have Santa available for festive selfies, but professional printed Santa photos may not be a part of this event.
It’s important to note that the Ugly Sweater Party ticket covers your admission to this special event, and it is not necessary to purchase an additional event ticket along with the party ticket. However, please be aware that the Ugly Sweater Party ticket does not include any drinks or food. These will be available for purchase separately during the event.

If you have a smartphone, we are able to scan the tickets from your phone. Printed tickets are also accepted.
If you purchased tickets online and need to change the date and/or arrival window, good news… you can do this yourself with just the click of a mouse/finger! Just head to our ticketing page and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Look for the “Upgrade your existing order” link, click on it, and follow the provided instructions. OR, you can email us at info@ohiochristmasfactory.com if you’re having trouble and we will get to it as soon as we are able.
Just like sporting events & others, we do not offer refunds unless you have purchased the ticket insurance while buying your tickets online. Email us at info@ohiochristmasfactory.com with your name and order number in order to process your refund.
If you have online tickets, printed or on your smartphone, you may bypass the ticket booth line and go directly to the light show area near the attraction entrance. However, you will NOT be able to queue up to enter the building until we prepare to serve your entry window. Once you are in the line for your entry window, you will enter the building shortly after. Arriving anytime on that day AFTER your entry window is fine, you will just not be let in early.
Once you enter the building, please report to the check-in desk to retrieve the necessary lanyards for your group.
However, if you have any other questions or changes, you must first report to the ticket booth.

After that, you are free to head to the beginning of our event space, then follow the paths to our main event areas. You will be provided with a park map upon check-in, or download the Park Map yourself before you go!
Yes! An admission tickets allows you entry into all areas of the Ohio Christmas Factory. However, to meet Santa, your group must have purchased a Meet Santa Package. Also, for Santa’s VR Flight, an additional charge will apply.
We accept cash, credit, debit, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. However, all credit/debit transactions at the box office will have a $1 service fee added to the ticket price.
Yes. We take both Apple Pay & Samsung Pay at the box office, bars, and merchandise stand. We also take Cash App now at the bars and gift shop (NOT at the box office.)
No, your ticket is for one entry only.
Yes. Every ticketed guest will make it through all of the attractions open on that particular night. The box office closes at the listed closing time, but the event is open until 1.5 hours after the box office closes. At that time, certain areas of the show may begin to close, so be sure to head into the attractions when you arrive. The North Pole Tavern may stay open later if people would like to stay after the event itself closes.

ATTRACTIONS
There are around 20 separate attractions inside Ohio Christmas Factory!
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy 3 immersive illusions at OCF.
First, there is the wonderously amazing Merry Mirror Maze. Weave your way through a labyrinth of mirrors and find your way out! *flashing light trigger warning*
THEN, see if you have the courage to brave the fun & disorienting Tinsel Tunnel. *May cause dizziness*
Finally, grab your chance to take an incredible trip through the sky to the North Pole on Santa’s sleigh. This is a 4-D VR headset experience. *Extra charge applies, spots are limited*
Yes! Aside from the Tinsel Tunnel, all attractions are accessible.
That depends on you! Aside from the queues for the Santa and Greenie Meanie photo ops, Merry Mirror Maze, and Tinsel Tunnel, the event is free-roam. You may take as long as you like in seeing everything.
GROUPS & PARTIES
Groups of 20+ will receive an automatic $5 OFF per ticket when you purchase your tickets online. (Does not apply to Matinee Kids’ Admission, Meet Santa Package, VR, or Ugly Sweater Party.) Contact us at info@ohiochristmasfactory.com for larger groups (50+)
