A BRAND NEW Family-Friendly Holiday experience
A BRAND NEW Christmas event in Northeast Ohio.
The production team that created the Ohio Christmas Factory has 22 years of experience creating spooky seasonal Halloween events – The Factory of Terror & Akron Haunted Schoolhouse & Laboratory. This year, our production team has created a one-of-a-kind Christmas experience with lots of holiday lights & sights but NO FRIGHTS (except for Oogie Boogie ;-)!
The Ohio Christmas Factory will feature: A 15-minute light show synched to music on our 5-story entrance façade custom built by a design company featured on ABC’s Great Christmas Light Fight, lots of Christmas characters, seasonal photo ops and selfie stations, Christmas cocktails for guests over 21, a giant gingerbread house, Christmas tree stroll and more!
With over 50,000 square feet of indoor & heated space, the Ohio Christmas Factory is sure to become a holiday tradition.
He’s making his list and checking it twice. Sit down and tell Santa Claus what you’d like for Christmas.
*Must purchase a Santa Meet package to guarantee meeting Santa. Available as a separate ticket when you purchase your event admission online or at the box office.
Remember to stop at the photo counter in our exit gift shop to receive your physical print(s) and have your purchased digital images uploaded.
Once the sun goes down, you’ll be treated to a fun and exciting 15-minute state-of-the-art Christmas lights and effects show on our HUGE entrance facade. **does not run before dusk or after 11 pm**
Coming during our matinee? We’ve got an indoor musical light show synched to popular Christmas carols.
Take a walk through a forest of dozens of beautifully-decorated Christmas trees. All unique, all breathtaking.
All of your favorite holiday characters will be on hand to meet & take photos with Greenie Meanie*, the Friendly Snowman, Big Guy Elf, Snow Queen, the snow monster, and so many more!

Grab a chair and some crayons and remind Santa what you’d like for Christmas. Our Magical Mailbox will get your letter to the big man himself very quickly.
Have some fun decorating your own cookies! Also available will be Swiss Maid Amish Fry Pies, Norcia Bakery Pepperoni Rolls, and more!
Give your senses a whirl as you walk through our tantalizingly terrific illusions. Like a VR flight with Santa*, the Tinsel Tunnel**, and the Merry Mirror Maze^!

Give the kids a break and let them loose in the Fun Zone. Complete with spinny chairs, a LEGO building zone, and more!
While enjoying the sights & sounds of our event, all guests may stop at one of our 4 bars. Enjoy specialty cocktails & shots, and rotating seasonal draft beers in the North Pole Tavern and Winters’ Wonderland Bar!

Ugly Sweater Party ~ Adults Only
Join us for a special night for a fun Christmas Bar Crawl & Ugly Sweater Contest for adults 21+ on Thursday, December 14. Drink, be merry, pose for pictures with the Greenie Meanie, and possibly win a prize for your ugly sweater. Cover charge applies, tickets are available now.
You do NOT need to buy separate event admission to attend, only an Ugly Sweater ticket. Most of the Christmas Factory event will be open for this party, with a few exceptions.

Directions
Follow the general directions from this Google Map. Once you arrive at the Factory of Terror haunted house building, from Mahoning Road, turn onto Cliftmont Ave NE. Head down the street a bit then turn left into the Ohio Christmas Factory/All American Axe Throwing parking lot (Gate 3.)
Head down the stairs indicated by the signage. Handicapped parking is in the lot on the corner of Cliftmont & Mahoning. Once parked, head through Gate 1 to find the ticketing area. Strollers should use the ramp located on the far left side of the main RED parking lot in order to avoid the stairs, then proceed through Gate 1.
Look for the giant Christmas Tree or follow the signage to the ticketing/check-in area.
