bartender, whichever is greater.

What Does A Private Party Include?

3-hour party in fully themed Christmas Party space (North Pole Tavern). Does not include access to the rest of the Ohio Christmas Factory space.

  • Multiple Seating Configurations
  • Set-up space for outside catering with refrigeration and warming capabilities
  • Premium liquor brands, wine, beer, and draft Christmas Ales available
  • Cash bar, open bar, or drink ticket options
    • Covers consumption of any beverages, alcoholic or otherwise
  • If your group does not choose a bar option, the $100 fee still applies for staffing.
  • Two bartenders are required for groups over 50. Three bartenders are required for groups over 100.
  • All ages are welcome

 

North Pole Tavern DOES NOT provide catering services. Outside caterers must be approved by the venue.

Policies

  • No outside beverages permitted, including water.
  • All parties must be booked a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
  • Total balance due upon booking.
  • No refunds are provided for cancellations or no-shows
  • Parties that arrive 15-44  minutes after their reservation (without alerting us with a legitimate reason) will have their party time reduced.
  • Parties that have not arrived 45+ minutes after their reservation (without alerting us with a legitimate reason) or more will have their bookings canceled without refund.
